Who doesn’t like a nice warming soup these cold days?

Soups are a very clever way of eating good nutritious vegetables even if you don’t like some vegetables!!

I made some very tasty and warming cauliflower and broccoli soup .It is very easy to make and I will show you how simple it is……..

These are the five ingredients you will need …broccoli/cauliflower/onion/stock pot/soft cheese
Chop up the onion broccoli and cauliflower, make sure not to forget to wash them.Place all in a saucepan with the stock pot.
Cover all the vegetables with cold water and put on the hob to boil.
once it has come to the boil reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Add in the soft cheese ….if you want to make the soup really creamy add in the whole tub!!
Blend the soup ,using great care when using the blender..
How good does that look.
I’ve have made a big pot of soup,so as to cut down on waste I will freeze some of it for later in the week.I have labeled and dated the containers so I will know how long it will be in the freezer.
