ADD SOME CORN AND PEAS /THIS ADDS NUTRITION TO THE DISH
COOK ON FULL POWER FOR TEN MINUTES,CHECK THAT RICE IS FULLY COOKED
PUT SOME SESAME OIL INTO THE WOK TO HEAT
THESE ARE THE SEASONINGS YOU NEED
CRACK AN EGG INTO THE HOT WOK OR PAN
WHISK THE EGG AROUND WITH YOUR SPOON
ADD IN THE RICE AND VEGETABLES AND A PINCH FIVE SPICE
ADD IN A GOOD TABLE SPOON OF SOY SAUCE
HOW EASY WAS THAT !!!

YOU CAN ENJOY THIS HOT OR COLD,WITH MEAT OR WITHOUT.IT MAKES A WELL BALANCED STAND ALONE MEAL
