Good Morning …Happy Wednesday.

I hope you are all doing well,enjoying the sunshine but protecting yourself from sun damage.It is most important to keep hydrated in this weather.Hydration means replacing the fluids in the body,otherwise we become unwell.In this lovely weather we tend to loose more sweat and that is the body doing its natural thing.it is our job to replace this fluid, otherwise we become dehydrated.

Our bodies all rely on one very important substance: water. Without it, we can only survive for about 3 days. It performs very magical things on our bodies; keeps us healthy, keeps our organs functioning properly, etc. But my favorite aspect of water is that it is just simply refreshing.
